Anyone got a take on the precipitous drop on volume today? Who is buying/selling?

Regarding tomorrow as record date for special meeting of April 12th - Assuming the meeting doesn't get pushed back - is it compulsory that disclosure of relevant information occur? Should we expect something in the next 24 hours by way of news?
