Hope your scenario is in the ballpark. Considering the history of this company 1.20 - 1.30 range should at least put a smile on most faces.

The way I see it is $1.20 just doesn't cut it. Selling CMM now is exactly the wrong time to do it....that is, just before it comes into it's own and starts appreciating over the long run. Why do you think someone would want to take CMM out now? Further, CMM sitting at a 60 cent share price is ridiculous, too. Getting paid double for something that is severely undervalued is NOT a good deal.
