Operating Gold Mines - Quebec & Peru Canadian Gold Producer with significant GOLD Reserves

Current fair value seems to be around $1.2-1.3 - there would have to be disclosure of updated NI 43-101. If resource base goes up by say 30% - how would this influence fair value?

I suppose bidding scenario could take it higher but I can't see it over $1.75 - which is what I would see if CMM were left alone until after they produce 100K ounces in 2011.

At any rate, I would be surprised under the ASSUMPTION of a WTG takeover bid if it would be allowed to go through at less than fair value as someone else would surely step in with an offer.

Speaking of ASSUMPTIONS, we've been speculating alot on a WTG takeover of CMM - for this reason...could this be the least likely outcome - as retail are always the least in the know? Anyone willing to consider other options?
