This is my worry or problem as I mentioned before. We really do not know anything much other than these two companies have meetings the same days. There might be a good reason for this other than what most of us are speculating about here. It just might be for the sake of convenience or some other practical reason that we are not seeing.

I have to bend to Glorieux's points about who owns quite a chunk of CMM. These people will be looking out to make sure there is no " Bernie Madoff " scheme here to scam us. I'm just a little guy here swimming with sharks. As long as the sharks are fed, I feel safe. So if the sharks who own these chunks get fed, there is a good chance the small retailers will make out ok.

I'd like to have somebody explain to me how a merger here makes any sense.
