Think of it this way... you want the institutionals to keep buying in? Having volume north of 2 million is really nice, isn't it? All that price support? Fun being north of 40 cents, ain't it?

What institution is going to want to own shares in a company that wins a CTO every year?

How many guys get to keep their jobs after putting the firm's money into a CTO?
