IMO, the only option: owners of a majority of shares need to vote to replace the current chairman and president with competent persons.
Remember last AGM, corker & cohorts failed to ADEQUATELY notify shareholders of the time and place of the AGM, so many who wished to attend could not do so. Subsequently, disclosure of the proceedings of the AGM were obscure and equally INADEQUATE.
Evidently, they escaped censure by the relevant authorities, but that does not mean they acted in the best interest of anyone but themselves. Lack of adequate disclosure has been a hallmark of this group of mis-managers. That is why there has been such a broad spectrum of speculation on this hub and its competitors.
