I do not know why it hasn't posted on Yahoo, but the PR is real from PRnewswire.

Unless MTEK is resurrected somehow, the end of the road has arrived. Only other way to play it now is VOIS, but if they can't get funding and get headset to market, the same miserable outcome for VOIS awaits.
