MTEK and MSO are the same company on different exchanges. I'm not sure what that's all about or why but that's what it is. I still don't understand why MTEK listed on a foreign exchange as MSO. I remember a guy named George calling me personally after their first conference call to ask if I would like to invest directly with the company. Obviously, George got my phone # from the CC because I participated and asked a question. I told him no and it seemed like he was cold calling investors who participated in the conference call after it was over looking for investors outside of the market. Strange brew indeed. Shortly thereafter they came up with this offshore market on the Duetsche-Borse exchange in Frankfurt for MSO to raise money. I'm still not convinced if this is real or a scam but it's a pink stock and we all know the averages there. This is the P/R you're referring to.
