I agree. So many other pinks that I've been involved with have gone through similar situations and have never updated shareholders with a PR about it and have slipped into the shadows not answering e mails or phone calls from share holders. I still can't get over the fact that the SEC targeted this company when there are a BOATLOAD of pink companies that never inform shareholders about anything, ever, for years. Something stinks and it's my opinion that it's just typical, overwhelming government incompetence and ineptness. Just filling a quota at random like a State Trooper passing out speeding tickets as fast as they can before the end of the month. Mind Technologies, Inc. just happened to be one of 17 that were driving down the same road that day....By the way, thanks Sperri40 for finding this site and sharing it with us. I love this message board.
