MTO have raised money prior to the 43-101. This should sound alarm bells. If the sp collapses (and I am not suggesting this) no-one can complain that they were not forewarned.

You are giving it your best shot to drive the price down yourself with that stupid statement. So someone that knows a heck of a lot more than you about this company and the current situation is going to pay .65 cents. Come on dude, the infrastructure alone is worth 150,000,000.
