You're reminding me of my paramedic days. I was on a volunteer squad that served 3 towns and (drum roll please) party school University of New Hampshire. Since I had a regular M-F job, I usually took call on Fri or Sat nights. They could be falling down, rolling in the streets (always in a pool of vomitus) - and the answer was always "just one".
