I posted this in Feb. I think $10 - $15 pre-PDUFA is possible based on past run-up. If buyers want to exhibit additional irrational exhuberance and take it to $20, I won't argue. My calculations certainly are more simplistic than some of our esteemed posters, but they work for me. I am trying to stay conservative and focused. I too am mostly in calls and will sell some to execute the remainder.
