Actually we were almost at the very back. For future meetings, that's a problem if Al is at the podium. He simply nods toward a general direction in the room, and if there are others in front of you with or without their hands raised, they are unaware that there are many behind them who haven't had the chance for a question, and they just start asking their question.

Next year (?), near the front!
