He's no dummy - every time he buys shares with LOC reduction, he lowers his avg. cost per share, especially at these (or what will be these) bargain prices. Remember, he was paying $7-14 per share a few years back.

I still think they will either have some up-front partnership money or a commercial debt deal by then. I know, I sound like Al and Matt.
