Undisclosed upfront payment? MNKD is a publicly traded company. Does anyone know the tax statute for when any upfront payment needs to be dislcosed? Please don't tell me we need to wait until the annual report is printed. That would make it mid March or about the time we should start to hear about completion of the trials (not to be confused with trial results).
