All of the discussion about Al's dilution at shareholder's expense falls flat from where i sit. Any time a creditor moves from a secured creditor to a common share position they have added risk.

Many have made the point Al has gotten this sweetheart deal from the BoD. I see it as Al sending a not so subtle message to the common shareholder- this stock is worth investing in.
