I don't know how to decipher that info at all. To me, it's a form of dilution. Am I wrong?
Either way, I see a buying opportuniy to add at some point. The Knee jerk reaction to me meant, initially tuesday morning we open down big. Whether it jerks back up by the end of the day is another story. I used the term wrong. Does anybody know the volume after hours?
I got an 85 year old friend(super rich & cool as they come) who wants to buy in. I've said, just hold on!! I got info that say's we see dilution and price decline. He'll be happy. You guys are good!!
