Speaking from experience...12 months and considerable expense before fully functioning. Not the recommended direction at this point.

We will find a partner OPC, just a question of what terms and when. Also ...how much dilution occurs before that happens.

I think things will heat up after study results are reviewed because I don't see a Pharma on earth that would give Mann a kings ransom without it. It could be a career killing decision for a CEO/VP if goes wrong.
