Two things to think about Magic is that one, the market cap of the company (after all the shares Jilin purchased to get control at 51%) is only $25M. That is about half of what Liberty owes to Jilin so far.

The second is that, if I recall correctly, the CEO bought about 30,000 shares at $.19 each. While it is encouraging to see insider buying this recent purchase speaks volumes.
