Ok, here is what I think.

They have plowed through over a hundred million shares and have nothing to show for it but worthless PRs and Smartstox interviews. Of course they have managed to keep a huge board and contracted geologists, (a company controlled by a director), PR firm and secretaries employed.

I have a question for you. What has changed about this company to make you believe they will have any more success at making a diamond mine in the future than they had hope of doing three years ago when COD was created just to perform that function?
