Kinross Gold

As a holder of RBI, I am not going to tender to K. I don't see the value. K has not gone anywhere even though gold has increased substantially since the markets went for a dump last March. They have too much debt that is getting in the way of their cash flow.

It's too bad because RBI was the real deal. They had only worked on 20% of their largest field and already were producing 250,000 ounces a year.
