i expect the terms are favorable to kinross as well. but right now i don't think the market can see further than quarterly results. the stock was just punished for one bad quarter due to some temporary problems in the expansion of paracatu. these days if you lower your guidance on production or costs, they take the stock out and shoot it, even though gold is over 1100.
