F.S.D.I. engineering study and n/s rail

My sources tell me the F.S.D.I. Chinese engineering study was finished yesterday on December 20. The vice chairman that was with the Chinese engineers told the government of Ontario when he was here that approximately 60 days after the engineering study is completed that the People's Bank Of China would announce complete funding for the n/s rail.
