in response to Ringer's message
The same FSDI rail builders looking to build the rail in the Ring is the same company that built the Tibetan high plateau muskeg rail and even supplied oxygen to the workers. They didn't need a road to build that rail and they have said they don't need a road to build the Ring rail. Although the natives want a Ring road and will probably get one. Just no one is going to give them one until they sign and get on board with the governments and mining companies. Kwg offered the Indians 50% of their company. I wonder why now the Indians have given Noront a Cease and desist order? Could be they really want to see what Noront has to offer them also in the way of ownership. Meanwhile the Chinese will want all this settled before they commit to a 2 billion dollar rail funding.
