Even with all the voters who abstained (did not vote) whose votes were counted as yes votes even thou they did not vote, the super share did not pass. Now we wait for the Chinese who said it would take 4 months to finish the engineering study (about September) and then 60 days later the People's Bank Of China would announce complete funding for the rail. (around November). We also have the federal and provincial governments that may make announcements. ( road study for ring that is finished but not yet announced. plus any infrastructure by the government and maybe off-take agreements or partnership from anyone wanting the chromite !!!)
