Frank Smeenk's proposal is NOT A SHARE CONSOLIDATION.

Those who dare to say otherwise must at least have the guts to read the circular before calling a dog a cat...

Please stop using the words "Reverse Split" or "Share Consolidation". Because THIS IS NOT! Am I clear enough? THIS--IS--NOT--A--REVERSE--SPLIT!!!

This proposal, as any, is certainly open for discussion. Personnally I (still) think it is a bright, unique, inventive and soft-risk way to get out from the billion Shareload cul-de-sac we're stuck in since too long. This is my humble opinion, and I will certainly respect a different one. But the operation brought here IS NOT A... Sorry I think I am repeating myself!
