"Why now" why not wait and see if the Chinese come through. At the very least in that instance the share price would rise to such an extent that a share conversion might only be a normal 10 to 1, if any at all. According to the Chinese we only have to wait another 5 months for a funding announcement. Kwg just did a private placement, surly they can hold on till 5 months are up.
