Third Time Lucky?

Annual and Special Meeting of June 30/14 features Subordinate and Multiple Voting Shares with a new addition - Preference Shares. I hope the Company takes great pain to describe the benefits to all shareholders with this third time try to get this issue passed. If it can be shown that the average shareholder will benefit from this move management seems to want so desperately, maybe it will pass this time. Please Frank and Company tell us why it will be good for this Special Resolution to pass and if this or anything will get this shareprice moving upwards, you have probably "got a deal". rj
