It seems to me that KWG mgmt. is not acting as if they plan to wait on Cliffs to get around to Big Daddy. They seem to be looking to provide Cliffs mgmt, Directors and Shareholders with a compelling financial reason why Big Daddy should be the priority location. Nothing to date from Cliffs plan is written in stone, it is as they stated the base plan. KWG is providing purity and processing efficiency information on BD chromite that would make BD the more cost effective site and therefore the more profitable for Cliffs day one.

KWG could also argue that the railroad developement could and would be excelerated if they, KWG, had the funding to and a production related reason to particiapate. Im my opnion, they believe they can garner enough support/credibility internally within Cliffs based on a higher overall returns ratio to force a reassessment of site selection. This leads to the buyout or a partnering arrangement sooner rather than later. It also means sp development to levels 2 or 3 times current sp based on this alone. If KWG continues to release positive results and analysis on BD and its other initiative as is expected, sp would grow even more or quicker.
