I have great difficulty understanding why some have pounced on KWG for today's announcement. They are representating KWG shareholders not SPQ. We have all seen where SPQ management took their company so to get upset at KWG for making an "in your face" news release directed at Cliffs should only be receiving kudos from all KWG shareholders and if SPQ shareholders can receive a benefit from their actions, more power to them. Personally, I transferred my SPQ portfolio to KWG when the SPQ Board recommended the so called `superior offer`of 19 cents instead of the merger. We are all supposed to be adults making informed decisions and when they are the wrong ones, of which I have made plenty, we have to live with them. Anyone getting on board with KWG now in my opinion, should certainly benefit. I think SPQ is now dead and long live KWG. rj
