Thanks for your comments. It too is my feeling that probably anyone who held SPQ shares as of the time Neil caved in and precisely when CLF issued their news release last friday,could/would be covered by any action (class action or by KWG alone ) . Is this not what happened with the Voiseys Bay fiasco?
