I think they are still as smart as they were with FWR, and they have much better hand.
Forget the real value, that is a pie in the sky, $2 bag of sand at Home Depot doesn't make Sahara trillions rich place.
Let's also not forget the 47% of the property they own, they actually have their shares somewhere in the bottom of a drawer - compare to the 53% (2X26.5) held by all shareholders and good part of it is daily available on the market, shifting sides, to those with more money. What is the percentage they need to majority?? As they are now - they are the majority, their 47% of shares will all vote when needed and we all know how unreliable is the retail shareholders percentage vote. vila
