KWG Resources Inc.

Exploration stage company that is participating in the discovery, delineation and development of chromite deposits in the James Bay Lowlands of Northern Ontario. These deposits are globally significant source of chromite which may be refined into ferrochrome, a principal ingredient in the manufacture of stainless steel.

Any of the seniors around here care to discuss the relevance/advantages of KWG taking over the reins as operators of Big Daddy?

When I last spoke to Bruce I got the impression that this would allow KWG's geos to drill how/where they want, as well as dictate how much cash would come from each JV partner, which, if you believe KWG brass know more about their business than Spider, can only be beneficial. (In fact he said their geos "hate Spider", so they must feel they can do much better).

Also Bruce brought up that after this term of KWG control it will revert to majority vote amongst the JV partners to determine who will have this control for the next term, etc., etc., and since Cliff's now owns Freewest's portion of Big Daddy, ostensibly Spider will never gain control of the management of this property ever again.

Any thoughts? Anything I'm missing, to the good or the bad?

Cheers
