Lar thank you for clarifying Clifs legal position and I will try not to be so general in my comments (probably wont be successfull). That being said a 19.9% position does not in any way change my position that Cliffs has a MAJOR say in what KWG does. Clifs has the resources and wherewithal to bring this project in. The only question in my mind is WHEN THEY WILL FORCE SPQ's hand. They can sit on KWG as long as they like in my opinion. They seem to like what KWG is doing and how they are doing it so why buy something if you dont need to. I am gong to be verry long on KWG because of ddi, and Canada Chrome and Clifs involvement. I will speculate with SPQ. Just my opinion.
