QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) - Junex (TSX VENTURE:JNX) is pleased to announce that the Company with its 50% partner, Canadian Quantum Energy Corporation, will be acquiring a 2D seismic program consisting of approximately 150 km of data over its jointly held Nicolet Permit located in the St. Lawrence Lowlands Utica Shale Play. The seismic data will be integrated with existing seismic data to evaluate the Utica Shale structure underlying the Company's 59,090 acre Nicolet Permit.
