It would seem it is a buyer's market here as the asks far outweigh the bids today. The couple big price cappers hi-lighted below don't help things either, as they draw out the serious/real sellers to undercut them (which BTW aids a guy like National Bank who is obviously accumulating). Are the hopefuls/speculators selling off as nothing groundbreaking seems to have been announced while at the PDAC stage this week.???
The downtrend in the recent SP suggests that the future buyers and current shareholders really need operational news which has been virtually non existent. There has been lots of UMJ news action and as you all read, nothing that would be considered positive for ISM in that battle either. So on we go in a slow erosive trend as we await news.
FYI ISM holds 13 million UMJ shares and Richard Sutcliffe holds 1.2 million
What is on the radar for me would be the updated 43-101 promised for Q1 2011....and if they want to dwell on this UMJ stuff some more, then I would like to hear what is Plan B on that front? Do they still seek some representation on their BOD?....... as they do have nearly a 20% controlling interest there. Will we ever see a "proposed candidate list" built and presented?
Cheers and IMHO
