Inspiration Mining

So it appears that ISM will begin distributing the Nitinat shares 20% at a time. Sometime in the near future (subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals) we will receive our first 20% installment which will be subject to a 12 month hold period from the distribution date. I was under the impression that the one year hold period began on Nov 9, 2009. We will now have to wait till mid 2011 (assuming they are distributed in the next 3 months) before these shares (first 20% distribution) can be traded.

The next 60% will be distributed in three additional tranches each with their own one year hold period. I assume these 4 distribution dates are done with Nitinat's s/p in mind. Does ISM retain the final 20%? or MM? 90/10?

Nice to have an idea of where we now stand in reference to this special dividend.
