Whale, what I am saying is that whenever there is a material change for any company an investor may be wise to step back (meaning sell - I know you hate hearing that) and see what the new entities will look like. Then decide if you want to buy back both companies or buy into one, or not even buy any back. Its just prudent until the dust settles.

Otherwise you are really at the mersey of such uncertain terms right now. And the spin-off date is fast approaching.
