Aatozz, its really up to the company to decide then apply. It sounds like the ISM mgt would like it to be on the TSX. I would suspect (without reading your links) that having an established 43-101 will help that cause. However since this is so up in the air and the company is so poor in communicating its plans I would not hold this stock until those plans are made public. The spin off dividend of Nitinat is cause alone not to hold ISM at this time. IMO I would let the due date later this month (changed once already) come and go. See what the plan is for both ISM and Metal Mines then choose your poison. Unless you're will to just let the chips land wherever. But that is not in your control. I bought this originally for the Langmuir nickel project long before Cleaver etc were even known. So I plan on waiting to see what if anything will be released fo Metal Mines. And it could be a long time - IMO.
