It means that those who believe this as a" ray of light" and stick with this company MAY BE wondering where this dividend is a few years from now. This only my opinion as cruddy as it may sound.

I am actually a positive minded person but when my patience is tested I turn a little negative.

If anyone thinks I should quit complaining and just get out , you are right.
