Inspiration Mining

Wildcatter, Is it about being aloof or is it that there is a seemingly huge and consistent lack of ability or avenue for the company to communicate to shareholders on the retail level. Is it a total disregard? Do they knowingly go forward with tunnel vision and forget all about the shareholders?

Being a publically traded company, there must be more to trading on the commodity rich TSE than just simply meeting the necessary filing requirements for disclosure as dictated by the regulatory authorities?

There are definitely a lack of public relations skills here when it comes to telling the story and for that matter any story here. As you say, a common courtesy would dictate that a company update on progress WRT to previously announced "milestone announcements" some one or two years later is in full order. The lack of news and or related updates does not simply fall into the "no news is good news" groove for this guy.

One can let them off the hook for the odd news famine, but to expect constant and everlasting patience and gratitude from us regularly and not so much as an iota of anything on what the company is doing or where it is going or what have you is not right.

We as retail investors can only be doormats for so long and eventually those who say enough is enough simply pull the plug and move on. I admit I have sipped the purple coolaid but every so often I barf a little. :(

When you get married to someone, it isn't always about good looks. The package deal is what does it. ISM seems to be lacking.
