IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that formal title to several new large concessions at Zacualpan have recently been granted to IMPACT by the Mines Directorate in Mexico. These important new claim holdings add an additional 150 square kilometers to the Company's property portfolio, bringing the total claim holdings in the Zacualpan-Mamatla Districts under IMPACT's control to 623 square kilometers. These new claims are a big step in the consolidation of the region, bringing most of the major historic mines under the control of one company for the first time in the 480-year history of the districts.

ZACUALPAN SOUTHEAST CONCESSIONS

The recently granted Zacualpan Southeast mineral concessions cover large key positions (125 square kilometers) on the southeastern extensions of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District and connect it with the historic Taxco Silver District, located 25 kilometers to the southeast. Based on historic information compiled in IMPACT's GIS database, a number of important veins and vein extensions crosscut these new concessions. In addition, nine old mineral processing mills dating back to Spanish Colonial times are located in the general area of the new concessions indicating extensive historic mining activity. Six of these old mills are within the historic Precones Mineral District situated midway between the Taxco and Zacualpan Districts.

ZACUALPAN NORTHWEST (LOS JOYAS) CONCESSION

The recently granted Los Joyas mineral concession along with the Zacualpan Northwest concessions granted previously cover large positions on the northwestern extensions of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District. Reconnaissance prospecting has already identified a number of old Spanish Colonial mine workings in the area.

To evaluate these large new claim holdings, IMPACT intends to conduct a thorough review of the historical data along with prospecting to define areas for detailed exploration work and drilling.
