It seems that Gary Conn has lost 2 Shareholder Oppression cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice; surprisingly he remains a director/ officer of Goldstone.

Justice Morawetz found that a “strong prima facie case of oppression” against the Conn Group had been established.
