I had posted an article from the NOSA website on the other board, I have attached the links below, might me an interesting read for whom is interested in oil shale and its processes.

I can't recollect if the question was asked at the meeting in regards to the grade of the oil shale, we did discuss the utilization of the ash by product after the oil has been distracted. They might consider using the ashes for a cement product. This is currently done in Germany, only in their scenario the oil is the by-product as they use the shale mainly for cement products.
