    Position: Chairman, President and CEO
    Nick Zeng has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur with business successfully operating in Canada, the United States and China. Mr. Zeng is the Founder, President & CEO at Keystone Associates Inc., a Canadian boutique investment firm based in Toronto, specializing in mineral exploration and development.


    Wes Roberts (1)(2)
    Position: Director
    Mr. Roberts is a Mineral Engineering Consultant with the American Law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP and is a professional mining engineer specializing in the economic evaluation and development of mineral deposits. Wes holds a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) and M.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from Queen's University, and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the Schulich School of Business (York University). He has more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining operations, project engineering and management as well as diverse mining engineering experience that includes precious metals, base metals, iron ore, and industrial minerals. Mr. Roberts has held numerous positions in the mining industry, which include Canada Talc Limited, Derry Michener Booth & Wahl, Davey International, Bharti Engineering, GMP Securities, Inco Ltd, Breakwater Resources Ltd (VP Corporate Development (2006 to 2008) and most recently as VP Mining to Heenan Blaikie Consulting (2008 to 2014).

    Position: Director
    Mr. Graham received a B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo in 1983. Since 1986, he has been President of R. Bruce Graham and Associates Ltd., a mineral consulting company founded in 1956. His technical and corporate management experience is in the fields of base and precious metals, uranium, industrial minerals and organic materials.
    Mr. Graham has acted as a Director and/or officer of a number of private and public companies. While a Director and Vice President of Noront Resources Ltd., he was part of the team that discovered of a number of mineral deposits in the James Bay Lowlands, dubbed the "Ring of Fire". From 2010 until present, David has been a Director and Executive Vice President of Bold Ventures Inc.


    Christian Guilbaud (1)
    Position: Director
    Mr. Guilbaud holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a Diploma in Economy from the University of Montreal. He has over 19 years experience in financial administration and his past experience includes positions in financial services and mutual funds management.
    Mr. Guilbaud possesses an intimate knowledge of the junior mining sector having been successfully involved in several Mining companies as a director and private investor. Through his experience in the industry, Mr Guilbaud has developed a strong network of contacts and will be actively involved to increase Golden Share's visibility in the financial community.


    Zhen Huang
    Position: Director
    Dr. Zhen Huang, Master of Engineering, Master of Management, Professor of Engineering. Dr. Huang is currently Chairman of the Board of Beijing Donia Resources Co., Ltd. His experience in the non-ferrous metals industry includes Director of Geology Office and Planning Office of the former General Bureau of Geology and Exploration of China National Non-ferrous Metals Industrial Corporation. Dr. Huang also served as Chairman of the Board of Sinodrill Co., Ltd., Beijing Nonferrous Metals Exploration & Construction Co., Ltd, and Chairman of Sinorex Resource & Environment Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Dr. Huang has 29 years of experience in non-ferrous minerals exploration and has established four technical service companies covering engineering construction, drilling, environment engineering and mining investment.


    Helen Gao
    Position: CFO
    Ms. Helen Gao has over 9 years of experience working in the areas of administration and corporate finance both in the Mining and Manufacturing sectors. She has worked for China Mining of Canada Corporation and Sino Minerals Corporation (formerly known as China Nonferrous Metals Exploration Corp.) in the capacity of financial controller and Vice-President. Ms. Gao has been actively involved with several mining projects, joint ventures and mergers.


    Sethu Raman
    Position: Strategic Advisor / member of the Advisory Board
    Dr. Raman is a professional geologist with over 40 years of international experience in all phases of exploration, mine development, acquisitions and operations including financial and legal areas. He spent 13 years with Campbell Chibougamau Mines, Campbell Resources and Royex Gold Group (now Barrick Gold) in various management positions including Vice President (1980-86) where he played a key role in the discovery and development of six operating gold mines. Dr. Raman was particularly instrumental in the resurgence of the West Timmins camp where he discovered the Timmins Gold Deposit for which he later negotiated a business combination with Lake Shore Gold Corporation. Dr. Raman is currently a director of Red Crescent Resources Limited, Moneta Porcupine Mines and Altai Resouces Inc.


    Anthony Frizelle
    Position: Strategic Advisor / member of the Advisory Board
    Mr. Frizelle was the Founder and Managing Director of Merchant Banks, Resource Management & Finance Company Ltd. and RMF (UK) Ltd. Following a 20 year career spanning key management positions including the major international mining group Anglo American and Managing Director of Trade and Structured Finance at Philipp Brothers Inc./Salomon Inc., Mr. Frizelle founded, listed and promoted 11 junior mining companies including Mutual Resources, Golden Knight Resources, Jubilee Platinum plc, Nu Energy Corporation and Pan African Resources. In the process, these companies and their successors raised in excess of $750 million dollars of capital and lucrative exit strategies were implemented for early stage investors.
