Golden Minerals Company

Why would Golden Minerals have to invest in new exploration and acquisitions, while their share price is bottom low and they have a great mine in care and maintenance?

They are just helping out the short selling hedge funds, that brought the company on its knees in the first place. What they really should do is reduce expenses to close to zero and wait for silver to get above $30 again.

I can only think of one reason: to justify their salaries.
