Golden Minerals Company

Reading this I am wondering if the beginning of the end of market manipulation may be upon us. I've always felt that what would happen when this ended would not be a big bang and lots of hoopla, but an announcement of new somethings (rules, limits, whatever) way after the fact, closing the barn door after the horses have escaped. Could this observation by Ted be the first indications of the horses leaving the barn?
