There are merely three offers from CIBC--- 2 @C$.75 and 1 at C$.84.
No other firm has caused more havoc with ECU in the past week with 200M buys vs 2 million shares sold!

I've got my fingers crossed that yesterday's trading gain was the beginning of the end for criminal(s) operating behind CIBC! I did notice that CIBC cancelled two offers that were threatened to be taken out in the waning seconds of trading yesterday.
We will know very soon!
