Once the merger has been completed and the new company is listed on TSX, Amex and NYSE wouldn't a Canadian then be able to buy and sell shares through the TSX in Canadian dollars without having to worry that the company is headquartered in the U.S.A.? I believe Pic has been trading shares of ECU in the U.S. through an exchange there and his trades have been in $US even though ECU has been headquartered in Canada.
