Golden Minerals Company

Just received my package today and Page 93 of the circular clearly states an exchange of shares (in a non-registered account) constitutes a taxable transaction. I would have sold everything at the outset of this merger announcement if I knew this for a fact. Chalk up another expensive lesson learned for not contacting the company directly at the time to find out for myself. Not very pleased with this outcome in the least, especially now that I'm way down from a ten bagger to 6x my initial investment. In fact I'm rather po'd at the moment. Better not write any more until I cool off.
